Terms of Service

By accessing and using Pawuppy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Pawuppy for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy the materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• • Safeguarding your password and all activities under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date
• • Complying with all applicable laws when using our service

You retain all rights to the content you upload to Pawuppy, including photos, text, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• • Store and display your content within the service
• • Process your content to provide service features
• • Make technical copies for backup and redundancy purposes

You can delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from our systems within 30 days.

You may not use our service:

• • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• • To submit false or misleading information
• • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

In no event shall Pawuppy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Pawuppy, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription purchases or upgrades.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these terms.
